Pickups on time, in the right car
Pickup routes are built hotel by hotel, and FinnStella works out pickup times from driving times. One route can carry guests from several safaris. If a pickup time changes, FinnStella reminds you to let the guest know.
Rota and hour planning
Plan shifts and hours a week at a time with rest-time warnings. Approved hours go to payroll as a ready file.

Yard and workshop
The yard knows what goes out, and when
How many snowmobiles and sledges each safari needs, which are free and which are in the workshop. Guides report faults from the field with a photo, and the machine is taken off the schedule until the workshop signs it off.
